I have an example..
I like this guy but he likes two other girls..
I try to get him out of my head but he is just stuck there. I keep telling myself that he's not worth it but my heart says I should go for it.

That saying is bs.
Come on, what if some murderer is out to kill you, and all you think about is "Is he going to kill me?", Every 5 seconds, I don't think they're supposed to be there. Or, say, what if someone you love died and all you can think about is that person, and you go into a deep depression and kill youself? They aren't supposed to be there either. Maybe someone's stuck in you head that your trying to get over. And if he's in your head all the time, and you cry every time you think about him, maybe he ISNT supposed to be there.
You have to admit, I have a point.

that's a terrible example. it proves my point entirely.
he's not SUPPOSED to be there, he just is.
it doesn't mean anything other than the fact that you like him.
