I like punk, industrial, gothic, j-rock, j-pop, techno, dance/dj, classic rock, metal, trance, ska and rave.   so in other words, i'll listen to anything except rap/hip-hop, country, bluegrass, and opera.  Tongue

I've never heard of jrock and jpop before.

What are some good bands for them, maybe I'll check it out?

Well for j-rock i recommend: uverworld, nightmare, gackt, malice mizer, maximum the hormone, t.m. revolution, and hyde.

for j-pop: ayumi hamasaki, sweets, utada hikaru, ali-project, nana mizuki, and eiko shimamiya.

You could probably look up a lot of their songs on youtube.   If you wanna download them, I got most of the songs from a site called audio.isg.si (i'm one of the main uploaders on the site).  You'll have to setup an account before you can use the search box to find the songs though.
